BM&T executives are frequent speakers at conferences on European turnaround issues and have been leaders in the Turnaround Management Association. BM&T Principal Alan Tilley was the 2008 recipient of the TMA International Chairman’s award for outstanding contribution to the development of turnaround management in Europe. In 2010 and 2011, Alan was Vice President of International Relations for TMA worldwide. David serves on the board of TMA (UK) and is on the board of TMA Europe. In late 2010 BM&T's work was recognised at the Insolvency & Rescue Awards with Alan Tilley being named UK Turnaround Practitioner of the Year. In 2011 David and Alan were recipients of TMA’s International Turnaround of the Year award.
