Hans Sautter is a European crisis and turnaround management professional with 16 years of experience and a proven track record in cross-border restructuring, particularly in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern Europe. He has been involved in turnaround and crisis situations of subsidiaries of US companies in workout or Chapter 11; in addition, he has considerable expertise in managing German companies through the complex issues of over-indebtedness and near-insolvency.
He has worked in several aspects of manufacturing including auto supply, machine tools, foundries and electronic controls, operating as both a stakeholder and a consultant. He was CRO for the near-insolvent German subsidiary of a US Auto industry equipment manufacturer that was successfully reorganized. Other Auto industry experience has been as CRO of Cloyes Gear and Product GmbH and advisory work on Collins & Aikman and Dura Automotive.
Mr. Sautter has an MBA from Trinity University in Texas and a degree in Business Administration from Pforzheim University, Germany. He has worked for US companies in Europe, including Levi Strauss and Grove Cranes, where he was CEO of German and Eastern Europe operations. He has also worked for European companies Buckau-Walter AG, part of the Krupp Group and United Precision Inc, UK where he was CEO of German and Swiss operations. He is an accredited restructuring and turnaround associate of BdU Germany.

Mike Lamb draws on 30 years of international experience in a number of industries. He has been involved in acquisitions on both sides of the table involving US, British, French, German and Dutch companies and has considerable experience of Chapter 11 and the issues affecting overseas operations. With a strong operational background, Mike Lamb provides practical experience based solutions. Fluent in German and French and with a working knowledge of Italian and Dutch, his knowledge and understanding of the cultural differences between countries are invaluable in seeking resolution to complex situations.
Mike joined Glass & Associates in 2004. Before this he was Senior Vice President Europe, Africa & the Middle East for Grove Worldwide as well as managing director of Manitowoc operations in Germany, UK, the Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. Prior to joining Grove, he was managing director of Lansing Benelux.
Mike was educated in Austria, Chile and the UK and has a degree in modern languages.
