David Mitchell is an experienced turnaround and change manager with 20 years experience and a multi-disciplined background covering accounting, finance & general management.
David has worked in a number of turnarounds, restructurings and reorganizations of underperforming distressed and near insolvent companies across Europe. He has hands on experience of the difficult steps required to right size businesses without sacrificing top line effectiveness. He has a proven track record of preserving enterprise value and managing stakeholder expectations.
David began his career with KPMG in the UK and France before embarking on a financial career as CFO and Finance Director in a number of European private and public companies. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Fred Ng is a turnaround CFO/CRO with more than 25 years international experience working with distressed companies and their stakeholders in UK, Europe and emerging markets. He has held advisory, CFO, COO, and other senior finance roles with companies of varying sizes in the UK and Asia. Industry experience includes media, film production, consumer goods, property, building materials, printing, financial services, retail, and textiles.
Fred began his post-qualification career with Heron where he played a key role in successfully completing this complex cross border £3bn restructuring, which was named “Project Fred” due to his heavy involvement. He later became CFO of Asian Capital Partners, and also held senior finance roles with Standard Chartered and Carrefour Asia. During the Asian financial crisis in 1998, he founded a restructuring boutique in Singapore specialising in acting as adviser/ CRO to a number of large listed groups with a combined debt of over US$2bn. He is currently based in Hong Kong and recent assignments include acting as CFO of a troubled listed animation company, and managing the turnaround of a very large factory in the PRC.
Fred is a CPA, and has an MBA from Henley Business School.
